1. Price

The prices are excl. warehouse and excl. Shipping costs. Shipping cost you see at the end of shopping, before payment.  According to §6 USTG no sales tax is calculated! Any customs costs have to be paid by the customer! 

2. Orders

If you don't like our products, you can send them back within 2 weeks. Money will be transfered back after we got them delivered back. For returns you have to pay the shipping costs.

If an order can not be delivered because of a wrong adress or it was not picked up, the costs of returning have to be paid by the customer.

3. Delivery

Payment has to be done before via bank transfer or paypal. We deliver via post service.
Damage notifications are to be reported immediately to the supplier immediately and reported to us within 3 days after receipt of the goods in nature and extent. You normally get a tracking link 1 or 2 days after sending.  

4. Delivery times

Normally 1-2 weeks (shipping to USA and Canada depends on custom)

5. Retention of title

Until the complete fulfillment of all claims (payment), the delivered goods remain our property.

6. Data Protection

Customer data is stored as part of the data processing for contract processing and for the simplified processing of future orders (not accessible from the internet). Under no circumstances will the data be passed on to third parties.
